Smart 4 Paws, Inc. is led by an all-volunteer Board of Directors who steer the organization to pursue our mission of bringing lost pets home. Our FaceBook page, Find Toby in PA, is staffed from 8am to 10pm by a team of more than 20 administrator volunteers. We also have a team of over 30 field volunteers who help with posting flyers, following up on sightings, setting traps & trail cameras to help reunite lost pets.
